I try to give this place more chances to give adequate service and they fail every time. If you are going to serve below... average coffee at a high price at least do it in a timely fashion. My experience has been 10 minutes or more per customer. Soif you want to lose a half hour of your day waiting for coffee this is the place to do it. This last time they didn't even haveproper change to add insult to injury. This low level of service has been consistent pre, during and post covid. Read more

This place is conveniently located right off I-5 for a jolt of caffeine but because if it's accessibility, the lines tend to be... long midday. They're pretty speedy when it's your turn but know it may take awhile to get to you. If you come here whilstthere's a long queue, look up the menu online and be prepared to order. That will help speed up the process and I'm sure thepeople behind you would appreciate it as well. I've been coming to this Bigfoot espresso on Military Road since they've opened. And the coffee has always been great as well as... the service. Today sucked she wasn't very busy because it was 4 a.m. couldn't remember my drink size or whether it was cold orhot. I got a 32 oz hot drink split shot I watched her and she didn't even temp my decaf shot and it looks like she only put twoshots instead of four my drink pretty much tastes like warm milk...yuk Read more
If I could rate zero I would. I waited behind 1 car for 15 minutes easily if not more. Seems like it was more of a catch up... during the weekend then selling coffee. 3 more cars then got in line who knows who long they waited. Read more
