Every time that I've been to this location I have had to wait at least 20-30 minutes for 3 cars. Drinks are always good but I... have also felt disrespected in the past by some of the staff. Still love bigfoot but probably gonna avoid this location in thefuture. Read more

I try to give this place more chances to give adequate service and they fail every time. If you are going to serve below... average coffee at a high price at least do it in a timely fashion. My experience has been 10 minutes or more per customer. Soif you want to lose a half hour of your day waiting for coffee this is the place to do it. This last time they didn't even haveproper change to add insult to injury. This low level of service has been consistent pre, during and post covid. Read more
