We ordered 4 meals and the cashier forgot to add the first meal we said on the receipt, then we were waiting for an hour so we... went back up to check on our last two meals they hadn’t even started cooking them. Very poor costumer service. Read more
I am a frequent customer of this specific Sharks.. Their food is usually good but their customer service/satisfaction needs... major improvement. I ordered a grilled shrimp sub combo, when waiting I asked how much longer for my meal they stated it wascoming right up, but they called several other people who ordered after me, order. After I received my food after a 20 min waitfor a sub sandwich and fries, I checked my food and it was the wrong order. I attempted to tell the cashier that he must’vegotten my order wrong and he said “let me see your receipt” so I handed it to him and he snatches it from me and tells me“there’s nothing wrong” I repeatedly tell him there is and I attempt to show him and he snatches the food and takes it tothe cooks. He says they’ll remake it, no problem. Another 10 min I received my order and my fries was cold and dry as if theyhad been sitting. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with this place. They need to do better. They seem likethey only care that you’re paying for their products not that they want you to enjoy them and possibly return for more. Read more
