Walking by, ww decided to stop for a beverage. Lobby closed. Door has a sign to order on the mobile app and they'll bring it out... to you. App says order ahead is not possible. Someone inside just sitting there watching us. Called them. They wouldn't take theorder over the phone. They should replace their sign with one that says "sorry you're out of luck."???????? Read more
Great Starbucks if you need a quick fix! Mostly drive thru, service is pleasant and quick. I had the grill cheese ( yummy)& a... refreshing Pink drink. Stopped in from highway 1 quickly thru with lunch and back on road. Lovely place. Read more
We were in Seaside on vacation and decided to get Starbucks instead of the coffee at our hotel because the service was horrid... and overpriced. Initially when we pulled into the drive thru the voices over the intercom were pleasant and friendly. We ordereda drink that was on the board as an employee favorite. We pulled to the window and presented the cashier with a card for paymentand a 5 with a couple of 1s for a tip. After running the card, the employee returned the card to us and asked what the cash wasfor in a mono tone voice. I told her it was a tip for them and they proceeded to count the cash right then and there, stick itin the jar and return to their business. Not a smile, not a thank you.....nothing. Tips are a gratuity not a necessity so withthat said, I will not be tipping at this location if I choose to return. Read more

Loud AF. My apple watch kept telling me my ears were at risk of damage because of the loud banging. I make coffee with an... espresso machine too and I would never bang that loudly especially if there were customers. Franchise manager should considergiving employees a health check. Pretty sure half of them will have impaired hearing due to the excessively louder employees.Wreckless. Read more
I like this Starbucks and their employees are pretty awesome. Ariel hooked it up for my freebie bornday coffee, making it extra... special for me. When she I was figuring out what to make me oh, I actually thought it might be too sweet but it was absolutelydelicious. Thank you Ariel and the rest of the crew for the birthday wishes and smiles to start off my day along with this tastybeverage. Customer service is excellent at this location. The employees are quick to acknowledge and greet their customers. My order was... made promptly and was exactly as it should be. This Starbucks is also a convenient location to visit when one is in the Seasideand Monterey area. Read more
The young white male with blonde hair is rude and has no costumer service what so ever. He needs to be fired.
