I had been traveling all day, and decided to go through the drive through for a quick meal (for my family) when I got home.... After waiting 15 minutes to order, they had me pull forward after paying...for ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! If I wanted to wait 30-45minutes for food I wouldn't be in a Zaxby's drive through, I would be sitting in a nicer restaurant. Restrooms were clean. And the food was hot fresh and flavorful. They got my food to me quick! I will be coming back.

I travel the country for work and frequent Zaxby's whenever I am in a city that has a location. Zaxby's is one of the few places... I go out of my way to visit. I moved to Searcy from another state that doesn't have Zaxby's and was sort of blown away that myprior home city of 475k didn't have one, but Searcy with about 25k has location right by my house. I was kind of excited becausemy family had never had Zaxby's but took notice that I took notice and mentioned it the day we first drove to town to move intoour new home. Tonight was the first time we all had Zaxby's together, my one millionth time, their first time. Everything wasso hot and fresh, my skinny kid that doesn't eat hardly anything ate 6 Zaxby's fingers and a whole mess of crinkle fries.Everyone loved their food, and I thought the family meal was a good value. I will not comeback to this place . This place actually allows you to be in relationship with management. At this place you are... allowed to choke your husband with baby in arms . It's a sad day when you go to a public restaurant and you see a broken man with a broken face has too see his probably WIFE (I... do believe her name was Taylor or something within the lines of it) at a place where it's is okay for employees to cheat withmanagement. I proceed to eat yet listening to this broken man but I lost all respect for this business when you allow youremployee (Taylor and Crys. ) to act a fool . Not only that the women began to choke her husband in the dinning area. My heartaches for this young man and I pray he heals . As far as zaxbys ... I lost faith in yet a place I have invested a lot of mymoney into. Staff is awesome, food is amazing, store is very clean!! I love Zaxby's in general, the Searcy location is no exception! Their... fry seasoning is THE BEST!! Their chicken tenders are just ridiculously delicious! One thing I will suggest: bring back thezensation salad!! I will be back to eat here very soon!
