Slow service. Was busy but not that busy. 5 behind the counter. Drinks were good. Didn't order food.

This place is a joke. I went back after not going for a long time because the drinks were so inconsistent and prices are crazy.... I go back today and order a small coffee and a sandwich (that wasn?t even edible) and it cost me over $11! If y?all are going toover charge people AT LEAST make the coffee and food half way decent! And on top of it the girl at the window was rude! I willdefinitely never go back or recommend it to anyone else! Read more

If I could give less stars I would. At one point this was one of my 5 star favorites, but this place has absolutely just gone... downhill. I've tried to bite my tongue, but everytime just gets more and more ridiculous. I travel full-time all over the world, and go to various Starbucks and they never have any issues with my drink order. But this place absolutely REFUSES to do what I'masking... And I don't even mind paying extra for what I need. The staff always seem super stuck up with a better than everyoneelse attitude. There staff should honestly be a lot nicer. I am never coming here again. Read more

I rarely have the inclination to leave a negative review of a business, but the customer service I experienced at this location... was awful. I went through a few weeks ago and placed a mobile order shortly before I pulled up. Once I pulled up, the baristahad an appalling attitude right off the bat, and once I told her I had just placed a mobile order, she proceeded to tell me,?you need to wait 5 minutes before you pull up after placing a mobile order.? I?m sorry, I?ve been a customer at Starbucks foryears and have never been told to wait before I pull up to the speaker. In fact, I thought I was doing them a favor by orderingon the mobile app instead of placing my order over the speaker, saving them time and the hassle of me paying at the window. Plus- there is a line to wait in (which is expected, I?m not by any means saying that?s an issue), so by the time I get to thewindow, 5 to 10 minutes will have already gone by. I understand the frustrations of working in a customer-facing industry, butyou need to at least attempt not to have an atrocious attitude. Read more

The last time I was here was a sad latte. This time however the young man who just made our lattes made them PERFECTLY! I mean... these are so good I regret not getting the biggest size lol. If I know this young man is working I will for sure be back! Hislatte skills are unmatched! Also I noticed the last few times the tip jar was gone? Please bring it back it doesn?t feel rightnot being able to tip these artists! Read more

I usually come in here or the drive thru quite a bit. I always love it there and always feel welcomed, even if I?m just going... through the drive thru. I was sitting inside today reading a book, and I think may be the manager telling the workers they?redoing an amazing job. And I really appreciated that. Definitely recommend this location. You won?t regret it :). Read more

People don't realize that this Starbucks being out of certain things is not their fault. There's a nationwide shortage and it's... affecting every Starbucks. Just because they're out of something, doesn't mean you should give them a bad review. That makeszero sense to me. This Starbucks is in the process of hiring a lot of new people since a lot of people have quit/transferred. Ofcourse they're going to be understaffed and slower than normal; they can't really help it. People complain about literallyeverything on here. Another reason why they may be slower than usual is because there are a lot of new people still getting usedto making drinks. They're not going to be fast like the other people who have worked there for many years right off the bat.People, have patience. If you're in a rush, do a mobile order 10-15 minutes before you arrive--it's that simple. People assumethat they're slow because they want to be, or they're out of things because they want to be. It's so sad to me. Everyone thereworks really hard to make sure we're happy. Remember that not everyone is perfect. No Starbucks is perfect. Please be moreconsiderate before writing a dumb review. They always have some great coffee options and fast, friendly service. My sister and I also enjoy looking at the cups they have... for sale in the store. Read more
