I love Chick-fil-A's freshness and friendliness, but the drive thrus have gotten slower and it doesn't help to get your food if... the cars in front of you are still waiting and there is no way to go around. I know your busy because your good and friendly,but I have a Suggestion: have app orders picked up curbside and leave the outside lane of the drive thru open for cars needingto exit after receiving their food. This is safer for workers and may speed things up. A kitchen expansion or adding morestores may be better than adding drive thru lanes. It's all part of the growing pains of success. Read more

Normally a 5. Parking lot was small and drive-thru wrapped around building that has a verizon store attached. While staff was... super friendly and working har it made for difficulty getting out. Chicken sandwiches were good but forgot they come only withpickles unless you ask for addons. Waffle fries were cold but it was also after the lunch rush. Reasonably priced consideringINFLATION!! Speedy and efficient service. The food is terrific, and it doesn't take long to receive. The drive-thru lines are always very... long, but I get through them in less than 10 minutes. Before I had ever gone to a chick-fil-a, I was worried the wait time wouldbe hectic and lengthy but was pleasantly proved wrong. My only complaint is the food is slightly more expensive than theirfast-food competitors. However, it is well worth the cost. I have never met a more friendly staff. Read more
Service was great as always! Food was ok, chicken sandwich had burnt bun. Floors and tables were filthy. Food and wrappers on... the floor and tables had food and spills to the point that it was difficult to find a clean table to sit and eat.
