We order from here fairly regularly but tonight was rough night. One pizza was wrong, one pizza was not even delivered. BUT... seaman snappys went above and beyond and offered to drive back and get the forgotten pizza and after we called the store andtold them about the midmade pizza they even made a fresh one and sent it back with the driver. Every business has their baddays but the fact they went above and beyond to make it right is what really counts! Read more
Most horrible service tonight was told 25 min for pick up we get there they didn't even have our food started we waited an hour... and a half for food ppl coming in ordering after us was getting food faster they didn't even cut our pizza my calzone was burntshame on you snappys Read more
So far nothing but good experiences. Honestly didnt expect a pizza place within driving distance, let alone one that delivers... when i moved out here. Only minor complaint is lack of GF pizza sales. I was told there arent sales cause they dont move many,but i dont buy many because theres never a sale, kinda chicken and egg situation. Its hard to justify $21 for a 12 inch pizzaafter delivery and tip. So, just to throw it out there, if there were a 2 for $20 sale I'd buy more frequently and be buying 2pizzas instead of one when i do. Holler if you decide to hook the GF homies up Read more
Usually love ordering here but today not so much. The beast I ordered was done when I walked in the door to pick it up, but... they didn't put my 2 hoagies into the oven until 15 minutes later. Person making sandwiches said explained she was making them5 at a time. Meanwhile my pizza is getting cold and my 25 minute wait time turned into 50. Not a very custo.er orienteddecision. Read more
Our food is literally amazing & so full of flavor. We live in West Union & the seaman snappys is 1000000 times better than West... Union. Food is always hot when we get it as pick up or delivery!! Flavor is amazing and the staff is wonderful! Our driver didawesome delivering our food in a timely manner and our food was still intact and not a mess from the drive. I only had Snappy's twice, once in New Mexico, and once in Seaman. It's my favorite pizza anywhere, and this location was... exceptional! Please open a store in Michigan! I can't wait to visit again! Read more
Service was slow but well worth the wait. The pizza and garlic bread was outstanding!
