I came into Starbucks today, I was still looking through the menu and instead of the lady being nice and having a smile she was... very rude with an attitude. She was rushing us instead of giving us a moment to look after I told we needed more time please shestood there tapping her nails on the register. It wasn?t okie for her to do what she did. Very disappointed in the service here. Walked in and waited over 20 minutes for a drink I just ended up asking for a refund for.... They were not even very busy with about a staff of 4-5. Asked about my drink twice and was told it was being made but otherpeople continuously got their drinks first. Management needs to get in here and train their people. Read more
Right off the highway and a great stop if you're road tripping! The bathrooms are spacious and private and clean! The manager is... so sweet and they are very involved in the community! Fast service too! Read more
