Our experience with Chicken Express use to be good with no problems. That changed with the last 2 visits on different days going... there. Didn't get one item that we ordered on one visit which I guess the person but the wrong box in the bag cause it wasn'twhat I ordered. Then didn't get an item that I ordered on the most recent visit. I glanced at the order to see if we had thisone item but then didn't check the rest of the order. So for now on I will be treating them like I treat all the other fast foodplaces. I will checking my order before I leave the parking lot to make I have everything that I ordered. Read more

Do they not know what they're putting in the box? I even asked, "What pieces am I getting?" And the girl replied to my face,... "Two of each piece. Two breasts, two wings, two thighs, two legs." I get home and I have two breasts three wings and three legsnot to mention a disappointed wife waiting on the thighs. This is not the first time they've done this to me at the drive-thru. At least one time they told me they didn't have the chicken I wanted. I wish the chicken place up the street didn't look like ascene out of Texas chainsaw massacre because I really like their chicken but the place looks nasty. We're going to have to stickwith Brookshire Brothers in Bellville for now. Read more
