Good grief!!! Went to drive thru...had to repeat my order 5 times. Employee was completely confused by my simple meal request. ... When he finally got the meal on the screen, he asked 3 times what size. I pulled away to go somewhere else...he decided to hangout the window and yell obscenities at me with another customer in front of him. No class. Needs to be fired. Read more

On Sunday, December 19, 2021, I visited this location after work on my way home. I just wanted a whopper jr. to hold me over... till I got home. That's not what I got; I received an ice-cold brick. The top bun was on the bottom bun was HARD, and the burgerpatty was ice cold. I would have been ok if it was warm, but no, I received someone's burger that was ordered a day ago and leftbehind, then found it just in time to give it to me. I call the restaurant within two mins of getting on I-10 but no answers.Two nights ago I ordered an eight pcs. Mc Nugget and they were rubber, I had to ask them to remake them. The young lady workingdrive-thru had no issue with my request but the gentleman in back seemed to be upset with her (or me) from his body language.When she returned I asked if everything was ok and she said, " yes he's just like that". I was AFRAID to eat my food, so Ididn't; money wasted yet another night. This has to stop, I was hoping it was a one-time error but I see the pattern forming andI'm not sticking around. Read more
Just can?t deal with this place anymore. Every time we go here they get out order wrong. Decided to give them another chance... today on the off chance that they would get it right but to my *great* surprise, they messed it up. On top of that, the burgerswere cold after I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. I love Burger King but this place does not represent thebrand well. Read more
