First let me say that this place has great food. When I moved to Seagoville it seemed like a nice place, however I?ve never... encounter so many rude people in one establishment. the first time someone was rude to me at the restaurant I shrugged it offas them having a bad day and didn?t think too far into it. This time it was the manager who was rude, and the crazy thing is, Ididn?t ask for the manager or really even see the need of the manager getting involved with the transaction. Everything wentsmooth the CSR took my order, she was very pleasant and nice, she took my card charge me and everything was fine. It was rainingso I asked her to keep the card and give it back to me when she was going to hand me the food. But the manager Katie felt theneed to come to the window and Yell at me, and tell me that she was about to go home and that she couldn?t wait to give the cardback. but I was never dealing with the manager and either way I was still going to be there waiting for my food some one elsestill could?ve given the card back with the food. Long story short I asked for my money back and I?m never returning to thisplace again. I spent $72 for 35 piece wings and a hamburger like I normally have whenever I go to this place. You would thinkpeople would cater a little bit better to people who always spend close to $100 every visit. Maybe that?s just in my mind. I've been going to this place on my own for years now and I've never been let down. Tonight was even better, I ordered for... myself and 6 others. Burgers were amazing and the Hawaiian wings are a sweet mango habanero and if you mix them with the fajita wings it?s amazing

Friendly staff,. The food however being a first time customer and hearing all the good things about this place I was very... disappointed. Tried the onion rings had no flavor whatsoever. Also tried the fried corn on the cob guess I should have askedif it was battered and then deep fried as that's what I was honestly expecting.
