Ordered online, showed up ~ 5 mins later than the ready time. I checked in at curbside. It took another 15 minutes to get the... order after I called to check in. Therefore the food was cool. Read more

This place is awful. IF they get your order right it's an absolute miracle. Placing an order curbside is pointless because... they'll never bring you your food. After waiting 15 min curbside I went in and they hadn't even started the food yet, So waitanother 15 min to make it. All this could be forgiven if every single person who worked there wasn't a complete a-hole, but::sigh:: they are. Just the sheer hostility towards people who try to buy food is shocking. The cherry on top is how filthy thefloors are. All in all, steer clear of this place. Read more

We ordered 1 plain biscuit, 1 biscuit with sausage and egg, & 3 drinks. It took 30 minutes to get the order - 30 minutes... waiting in the drive thru line for 2 biscuits & 3 drinks. The car in front of us had to send their sack back because I assumetheir order was incorrect. When we said something, she looked surprised and just said sorry. ??????????? As we were talking tothe cashier, there was another lady in a gray shirt, assuming she was a shift manager or something. She had to hear theconversation, but never said anything. We will never stop there again. It was ridiculous. Food was fine, tea melted the iceso we had to ask for ice. Read more

I have to say this is one of the quickest Whataburger I have been to, most Whataburger takes forever, and a day but I ordered... online, got to the restaurant with a long line and had my order in a few minutes. I don?t eat Whataburger much but when I doit?s the best on the planet! Read more

I love Whataburger. I don't like rude, slow, incompetent cashiers. Tonight, I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes... with only one other car in line. The girl working taking orders continually told me to wait. On top of that, she was so rudeI literally had to deep breath to keep from telling her off. On top of that, when we got to her window, she continuallyscratched her head, touched her face and ear while making drinks. I was so mad by the time we left. I was so discouragedbecause she was so rude; I held my breath. Someone who either manages this particular store or owns it needs to check in onthe staff. Store #495 last night really blew my mind with how absurd the service was via the drive through. Total wait time was 20 minutes... to place my order after being asked to know what we wanted via a hand written sign on the speaker in the drive through. When Ifinally asked if someone was still there because of the signage and long wait after being ask to ?give them a moment? thecustomer service was hands down the worst I have ever experienced. This is no exaggeration absolute worst I have ever had to sitthrough. Read more

Sign on the door says drive through only. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to sit through the entire line... at drive through??? this is the slowest service I have ever seen at any Whataburger. And of course it is burnt and I only gotone piece of the two cheeses ordered! Avoid this location!!! Read more

Never a good experience at this location. They?re always rude . They?re not open 24 hours. The last straw for me was this.... Picture attached . Barely any sauce on my honey bbq chicken sandwich . Very disappointed. Read more
