The pizza tasted great. I was pleased with the time it took to deliver.
It may be an okay spot to order a single pizza, but we had a larger order (eight) so half were not cooked. I don?t mean under... cooked -I mean, not cooked. I understand mistakes (even though I?m pretty sure 90% of their production is automatic), but Idon?t understand bad customer service. We called and asked for credit (we offered to bring the uncooked pizzas back) and theyexplained the only option was to have the pizza remade, as refunds aren?t allowed. The pizzas were for a birthday pool party. Sohaving to wait for remakes wasn?t in the plan?so we asked the procedure for refunds and they said they had to have a managers,and regional managers approval. For a $32 refund? Read more
Delivery takes way too long! And when calling the restaurant to see where my order is at, they simply say its on the way, well... 30 mins later i call again and they say the same. On top of that, my pizza was cold, dry and burnt! This is the worst customerservice ever. If I could switch to a different pizza place I would, but pizza hut is the only pizza my daughter likes while onchemo. Read more
Pictures say more than words. I don?t ever recall breadsticks being plain , had the nerves to tell me is just plain bread with... butter that?s not what we order. The pizza just shows what the problem is. Read more
I ordered my pizza at 7:15 and it arrived and hour and 20 minutes later!! I asked for them to ring the door bell because it?s... raining and I doesn?t want them to leave it on the ground?.what did they do?LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR!!!!! My husband and I have ordered from here three times since we moved into the area, back in July. Each time the pizza was great... (we get pan) and the delivery drivers are so nice. The pan tastes like it did back in the 80s, I swear. I've seen a good manynegative reviews below, however, please give this place a second chance, it really seems like they've made some positivechanges. Read more
