If I could give this location zero stars I would. I made an online order and called to verify my order and even after verifying... I I was made incorrectly. I called the store once to let them know and was in hold for over 25 min so I called corporate.Corporate took my complaint said someone would reach out to meet and they never did. So based basically they don't care aboutcustomer satisfaction but only taking our money. Papa Jones is getting a bad name thanks to stores like this, and lossingcustomers. Pizza was good. Ready on time for pick up. Two of the three pizzas ordered were light on cheese which is kinda common with... Papa John's. I am sure they have instructions and cost controls. I just expect cheese to cover entire slice except outeredge. Read more

Wings were burned and crushed with bone fragments mixed in so I could not eat several of them. Pizza was cold and took over an... hour. Delivery person was bumping his system through the neighborhood running stop signs and speeding. I've asked other peoplein Crandall on the community pages. They are saying the same thing about the delivery driver speeding and acting irresponsibleas the person drives through are neighborhoods. Next time we will inform the Crandall Police Department so action can be taken.Do not doubt this. Read more
