Service has really gone down at this Chicken Express in Seagoville within the last two months. The staff is not friendly in the... drive-thru, they don?t tell you when ordering if the order will take longer than 20 minutes in line so consumer can decide ifthey want to wait. Today 11/15/2022, I stopped at 6:00 pm for an 8-piece family with mashed potatoes and the food was cold whenthey gave it to me at the window. I told the young lady and she said for freah hot chicken it was going to be 20 minutes for meto wait. I called the store, spoke to the manager and she said that I could wait the time for hot chicken or call ahead of timeto place an order for fresh chicken 30-minutes prior to arrival. I said that was ludicrous and asked them to check the qualityof the food before handing it to consumer or to turn up the warming lights for food cooked as I don?t pay $25 to have to go homeand warm up the food. Her solution was a 25% discount on next visit. Consumer alert only for you, but I hope your meal was hotand your service better than ours. Read more
The food is always hot and fresh and yummy but the people can be moody and the restaurant is not always clean.
Chicken was cooked to perfection and the service was fast. Not real expensive. Clean dining area. Sweet tea tasted like it was... out in the heat a little too long. That is the only bad thing I can say about this establishment. Read more
They always forget to put in silverware when you're ordering Mashed Potatoes, in a take out order... I didn't like they way the... attendant at the window talked to me. Seems to be hit or miss on the strip or bone in combo. Honestly not worth the time orfood. The second star was for the Sweet Tea since I can never complain about that. Best part of this place. Service here varies. Overall it's not bad. Sometimes the regular chicken tenders taste extra plain, like no salt at all.... Occasionally I get regular tenders when I ask for spicy. Sometimes the spicy tenders are super spicy and other times they'reless spicy. Overall not a bad place, average service most of the time. Read more
Spent $26 on two 7-tender combos and the chicken tenders were tiny, or torn half pieces. They've increased prices and they're... cutting the meal size like crazy. Besides that, it was all cold the fries were very old and dry. Don't waste your money here. Read more
The food was hot and fresh. Great customer service and a clean facility other then the restrooms. I believe with the little... more coaching on the importance of a clean restrooms, they'll have it on point.. This place was very honest and the girl working the drive threw window was great. I gave her to much money and didn't even... realize I did and when they brought me my food and 20 dollars back. I would of had no idea if they had not brought it to me. SoI don't know her name but she was working at 3pm on Monday and had long fake lashes on. So thank you what ever your name is.Keep being the way you are, honest there are not many like you anymore. Read more
