The donuts did not seem as though they were fresh.
I love Shipley Donuts and this location is very convenient to where I live. The negative thing about this location is order... accuracy. Sadly, and this no exaggeration, half of the time I go, they get my order wrong. They are not usually that busy soI am not sure what the problem is. But, I like the donuts so I simply double check before driving away. I try not to stress. I just focus on how good the first bite will be! :) Read more

This location is hands down the best shipleys! I was so happy when I walked in and they had an ice and soda machine! Then the... also sold bottled unsweetened tea! I looked at my brother and said the only thing that could make this any better is if the hadmustard and to my surprise they did! None of the other locations I've been to had these items. All Shipleys have kolaches anddonuts that's a given. I want to say thank you to the owner of this location for adding these items to your store. I payattention to the small details. To add the last time I went to a different location the kolaches were hard and old. I am glad Istopped here. The kolaches and donuts were fresh. Plus the kolaches are best with mustard! Read more
We have never been disappointed with their selection or quality, but really the friendly service is amazing. My kids can be shy... but they were not at all this morning with the staff. And discounted coffee refills when you bring in their reusable travelcups. Nothing bad to say about this location. Read more
Today i bought half a dozen glazed donuts and 2 kolaches and they had the best service ever!!! The lady who gave me my order was... awesome and has great customer service!! I wished i would have gotten her name she was blonde and wearing a white long sleeveshirt. Thank you for being nice and professional! Your smile and great service makes this company look good!
