I ordered through the app. They were already expecting me when I got to the drive-thru speaker. I was offered my receipt. Food... was prepared quickly. Fries were very fresh. Everything I ordered was in the bag. Read more

The front never has anyone to great you .. my orders are 9 out of 10 wrong .. I has to wait 15 mins to get a iced coffee.. I... payed 4 a large and was given a small and when I tried to correct the problem .. they processed it argue with me the differencebetween a small and medium because another customer popped in the middle of me trying to correct my drink ..talking about. Herorder of a medium coffe... I left and had to call and talk to the manager about the situation witch I was met with a very rudeand very disrespectful woman who transferred me to the manager who was equally rude to me .. the end results it was correct..but I'm still not pleased with the who situation .. I come to this location 4 to 5 times a day .. its a normal stop for me ..and I don't feel they really wanted to correct it.. I feel I should get compensation for the very poor disrespectful serviceand behavior that I have received. Read more

I stop here a lot of mornings when I get off from working overnight and their service and food is spot on here. The food comes... out hot and fresh and it?s always handed to me as I pull up to the window. Keep up the great work! Read more

I placed a mobile order forIn-Store pickup and arrived at 8:30pm on Friday 9/17/2022. Both doors to the store were locked. I... went to the drivethru, and told them I'm picking up my order, and the teenaged boy said TRY THE DOORS AGAIN. So I go and park mycar again, and BOTH DOORS ARE STILL LOCKED. I go go BACK in the drivethru, and politely tell him its still locked and I need myorder. The teenager boy sarcastically says ... "huh?" ....... "what?" ..... "order?" and I decided to just be nice and not lethim troll. He says talk to his manager at the next window. This woman BARELY knew English. She also just kept ignoring me. STOPLOCKING YOUR DOORS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Read more

The people making the orders apparently either can't read or don't care. EVERY time I have come here they forget something... major and it takes 10 minutes to correct. They are doing this and getting away with it because they can. If you like bad foodthat you did not order, and if you not getting what you pay for, then this is the hole you need to go to. I wouldn't trust myfood from any of these people again. Teach your employees to read. Read more

I stop in here for breakfast a lot either before or after dropping my son off at school. Their sweet tea is always on point... never too sweet at this location. Drive thru is always fast in the mornings. Read more

Filthy, I ordered a large Carmel mocha and got a lukewarm 60% full version. Worse than that, I just happened to open the plastic... lid to see how empty it was and it had a giant fly bobbing around in the liquid. If they can't even maintain the quality oftheir coffee, I can't imagine the food. I threw the breakfast sandwiches away. Read more
