Food was good, when we finally got it. Severely short staffed, parking lot was a third full so thought, great no wait, wrong! A... half hour wait with more than half of the tables empty. I saw two waitresses working and one was the manager and she was alsohostess. Read more
Terrible service. Waited an hour for breakfast for two people and never got it and we walked out! Never once did the waitress... ask us if we wanted more coffee or apologize for the wait. She was rude and has the most horrendous customer service skills oreven commen decency I've ever seen.Other customers who came AFTER us got their food! Of couse the tables were parties of 3 ormore and were being served over our party of 2. The best part, is the resturant was SLOW the whole time! She is the WORSTwaitress I've ever had in my LIFE. Ordered chocolate chip pancake for my daughter, had a tiny bit of chocolate chips piled in the center of pancake so none... anywhere else, ordered french toast, got egg dipped bread and toasted..no flavor at all. asked for crisp bacon..got burnt bacon,asked to replace got undercooked bacon. Service was really bad and when we tried to get our food issues resolved the lady keptcutting us off and wouldn't listen just took stuff away and brought stuff back which ended up still being wrong. Hi I had very bad experience with waitress. Me and my husband came to Boston for vacation and came here for brunch. We were... invited to seat and waitress didn't even listen to our order properly. May be we are Indians. I saw she is greeting and treatingother tables nicely. In the end when we asked for box she sighed. Not good service at all. Read more

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet and timely service despite there not ever seeming to be enough workers. Food is always... prepared well and painlessly adjusted if a mistake is made. Place is typically spotless as well, even during their busiesttimes. Other than it being somewhat out of the way, it's by far the better of the IHOPs I've been to. Read more
