First timers. Went on a crazy Patriot game day. Sat outside by ourselves. Place was jammed and bartender, although crazy busy... inside, couldn?t have been more attentive coming out and checking on us frequently. Chowder is thin style with robust seafoodflavors. Their seafood chowder is super good. It?s more of a soup than a chowder, but it?s full of seafood (lobster, crab, and shrimp)... The lobster Mac and cheese wasn?t good because it needed salt and it just didn?t taste good. The service here is very nice.Their lobster rolls are nice especially for their price ($9.99 for a regular one) Their coleslaw is the best one I?ve eaten sofar on the East Coast, but it did need sugar. Their fries are cooked pretty good but if you like yours crispy I?d ask for themwell done. Overall, it was a nice beach restaurant with fair pricing and no wait time. Read more
Food was amazing and super fair priced! Steak tips were there most tender I have ever had and the lobster roll was fantastic!
Pretty solid place all around. Fun to have right on the MA-NH border. The people who got clams in our party said they were... "good, not great", and the waitress briefly forgot to bring out my root beer, but those are the only real complaints. Offeringtater tots as a side is quite inventive - wish I could give 4.5 stars to not drag down the average, but I can't quite give 5. Read more
Skip this restaurant and go somewhere else if you'd like to enjoy your food. I got the medium lobster roll, and while it LOOKED... delicious, there was zero flavor (the same goes for the coleslaw it came with). My sister got the lobster mac and cheese and hadto send it back because with this dish, not only did it lack in taste, but it was poorly cooked and seemed to have Ritz crackerscrumbled on top (which makes the 20 dollar price a bit insane!) She got the philly cheesesteak as a replacement, and they didthat well. The saving grace is how nice the waiters were and how quickly the food came out. Otherwise, even the drinks weregross. What an excellent place to eat! We all had different meals and all were cooked exceptionally well. I tried Veal Parm for the... first time and was very pleased at the portion size and the timeliness of the dinner. I had is with red sauce which I normallycan't have unless very fresh. We will be adding this place to our list of places to eat up the beach. Read more
