Ordered jumbo wings for my coworkers and I and picked up my order. When I arrived at work and opened my container they had these... small sized wings in its place. When I called and spoke to the cashier she apologized and advised me they did not have any jumbowings so they gave me the small ones. I then replied you gave me small wings at a jumbo price, she said the cook gave me extra.While on the phone I counted with her and they shorted me 10, and most of the wings were just bones. I usually never complainand never make a big deal about these things but to pay $72 for wings and get this junk is not right. I like to add the owner isyet to call me about this. I'm a regular customer but today was the last straw. I had ordered a burger combo and a separate burger. I also ordered steak... fries with gravy. I did not get the combo I ordered and my steak fries were regular fries. The fries were not really a prob it'swhatever but I paid for a combo that I didn't receive. When I called the restaurant no one would answer my call, so I triedcalling again and apparently my number was being blocked. So irresponsible. Never ordering from them again and telling everyoneI know not to order from them. I've had stuff in the past that got messed up that I've over looked but they are taking my moneyand not giving me what I ordered. If this was the first time I would over look it but it's a regular occurrence with them.Customer be where. Read more
As much as I would like to rate them higher. Because of the friendly staff as well as the affordable menu foods. Unfortunately I... cannot. They seem to be lacking the consistency of the same quality food day after day.. Last week we had the square pizza withtomatoes and onion. And it was FANTASTIC!!! Couldn't say enough to about it. Staff are pretty friendly. The pretzel was raw in the center and straight from a high school cafeteria. Fried food was over... fried/dry. Pizza sauce was too sweet/ had that same industrial mass produced taste. For the price, I expected better, especiallywhen lower cost competitors provide obviously fresher food. They have slot machines in the eating area if that's your thing. Read more
