Not the subway experience I expected, but it's just my opinion
I would give a negative 5 stars if possible . They left off two drinks and i called to get the money credited back to my card. I... had to talk to 3 people 2 of which did NOT speak or understand english well. I used the app and i was told id is have to comeback in to get my money back they couldn?t refund my card because i used the app. It?s ridiculous. At the cost of bottled drinksi could have bought another sandwich Also we had two roast beef sandwiches in the order and they made them exactly the sameinstead if the way they were ordered. I won?t be back ever! And if you choose to eat there and have someone else pick upyour order, you best send a list with them so they will know exactly what they are supposed to get. I own a business i knowmistakes can happen, but when we do we bend ober backwards to make it right and we apologize. Apologies go a real long way! Read more

Always fast and friendly. It's also nice that they keep the place clean. I have been several times and each time the food has... been good and very fresh. Only thing I can complain about is the fountain machine seems to always be out of what I want, butthere are several options that will satisfy most people. Read more
The anchovies were extra smelly and slimey. Pepperoni was soggy. The crust had a foul smell that reminded me of my brothers... rancid foot odor. The mayonnaise was very suspicious. Can't wait to eat there again Read more
Seriously the worst place. They said we have to tell them how to do their platters. No. We have ordered these platters 3 times a... year for years. The new owners have no idea what they are doing. They even charged us an extra 20 for them to not know what theyare doing. Reporting them to cooperate. Understand why people drive out of the county for subway. We wouldn't have went there ifours was open. From now on we will goto Glasgow, Franklin or Bowling Green. They seriously got an extra 20 and still didn't knowwhat comes with the sub platters. Do not ask for every veggie because they will add a full head of lettuce on it and then complain that you asked for too many... when it can't be closed. Have ordered from here a solid 15-20 times since we moved in late June and never had someone so rudelike that. No reason to be like that to your customers especially being in such a small close knit community. Never again Read more
