This place used to be much better, but last nights experience was horrible. First of all there is no pool tables anymore, so we... thought it?s ok and ordered food. Ordered 2 orders of chicken wing with onion rings and a burger with onion rings. Chickenwings were good, but cold. Burger was ok, but the onion rings were the worst ones I have ever seen or tried. Order of onionrings had some chicken pieces in it( like bones) which gave us an idea of what?s going on in their kitchen. When mentioned it towaitress all she said was sorry. Didn?t even offer to exchange it for something else or maybe remove the charge. Drinks werenever refilled as well. Guess that was our last time going there! Good service, good quality food. Tried their salsa, guac, and chips it was delicious! I've been in several places and their... salsa was surprisingly good. Due to the covid pandemic, they added these QR codes to see the menu. Unfortunately my phone didn'tlet me and I wasn't informed that we needed to use these instead of getting actual menus. The sandwiches and salad were good. However, the service and onion rings were atrocious. Service was so bad that multiple people... from our party had to roam around searching for our server. Server was unapologetic and seemed out out that we wanted to orderdrinks and food (and refills). To quantify our experience: We sat for initially for 15 minutes without having any drink ordertaken. We had to go find our server and then she finally took our order. After the drinks were taken, it took at least another20 minutes for the drinks and come and the server to take our food order (and that was after multiple people went looking forher). In the meantime, two people from our party were so frustrated that they directely purchased a drink from the bartender.Again, after 20 minutes from when food orders were taken, a member from out party had to go find our server because no refillshad been offered and she disappeared. On other issues, instructions for food order (eg dressing on the side of salad) were notfollowed. Establishment and our particular server did not seem overly busy, and there were plenty of staff that should have beenable to help patrons. I had trouble cutting the chicken with my knife. I tried biting it and it was like chewing pencil erasers. I sent it back and... didn't dare order anything else from the same kitchen. Sometimes something goes wrong and you know it's not the norm becausethe staff, usually the management, shows concern and asks how they can save your customer experience. This place didn't care. Iwatched the waitress take my plate and bad news to the manager and cook. Everyone ignored me for the rest of my stay. One thingI've liked about this place is how cheap the beer has been but this time they decided to charge me $7, I think to help recoupthe cost of the returned plate I rejected.
