This whataburger is single-handedly destroying the reputation of whataburger. I had the most uncomfortable and awkward... experience standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. All I could hear in the back is employees saying theydidn?t want to work or want to help me?. I just walked out and went another whataburger (thankfully for me I can)? maybe realizewho can hear your conversations and know where to stand in the back so your customers don?t see you piled up talking and notdoing anything. Being a service industry employee myself, it was shocking to see and hear. I don?t typically write a review fora service I didn?t receive but it just didn?t seem like anyone wanted to work to be able to give me any service? Is it typicalto wait a little longer at a whataburger? Yes, mostly because they?re making your food fresh, but this location is pure lazy andeven when you do wait, you?re not going to get the traditional quality of whataburger. I?ll happily drive out of my way to avoidany annoyance and should have done that today. Read more

First time eating at this burger joint Son said try it since we are out of town?ers On way to airport grabbed a bite. They got... order wrong but they said that?s what we ordered so double check before paying. Food is good but didn?t realize there burgersauce is a whole bottle of mustard. Went through the drive through at 10:30pm on a Friday night. There was two vehicles ahead that already order. All I ordered was... a shake. Waited 20 min in the drive through. Pulled up to have no one there to greet me. There was about 5 people workinginside. One girl on her phone walking around, one guy right next to the window doing nothing, and 3 other guys walking aroundstaring at us. Waved our hands a few times to get anyones attention to just get my shake. Needless to say after 3 min of beingignored at the window and not greeted and waited 20 min in line I took off without my shake. Very upset I didn?t even getgreeted or advise it?s going to be a min. Was on my way to Chick-fil-A after a dr app , but passed this location and turned around because I remember talking to a couple... of girls at a nail salon about whataburgers spicy ketchup, they ended up being in management and it was so great to hear someonespeak so highly of their career that it encouraged me to stop in at a location! The store was so clean, the cashier greeted meand offered to take my order soon as I was ready, I had little to no wait for my order to go. When I asked for spicy ketchup thecashier grabbed it no hesitation and thanked me for coming in. Whatever you are teaching your people, keep teaching ! I felt theculture and love when I was at the nail salon talking to the ladies and it also reflected in the restaurant! I appreciate theclean , fast and friendly service. It seems like business is slow today but still had to wait a full minute before someone came out to take my order. The burger... must have been sitting in the warmer for st least an hour as the bun surface was dry and crumbly. The patty was also dry. Idoubt the I could squeeze a drop of moisture out. It was a good size patty but I couldn't taste beef in this burger. The lettuceand the tomato slice were fresh and actually the best part of the sandwich. That's why 2 ?s. To think I was at McDonald's acrossthe street and went out of my way to come here. I have been to this location a few times and so this is my only negativeexperience. Here's my main complaint: somebody had to open the sandwich to put on the fresh lettuce and tomato. It should havebeen quite obvious that this burger should not have been served. Read more
I love the new Whataburger. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I love their breakfast menu. I know it's made... fresh and just as I like it. The staff even went out of their way to help me with a request. I have a hard time opening theorange juice bottle, so I asked if they could open the bottle and pour it over ice. They did it without hesitation, somethingother places won't do. I know I can get a good meal and good service, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime I want a quickmeal. Read more
