I am amazed. Just amazed at this. I haven't had a burger this good in years, in a restaurant of any price range. The service is... insane. I feel like I'm in a 1970s family run drive in. The onion rings are fantastic. The burgers are fantastic. The shakesare fantastic. The service is fantastic Fast food has been going downhill for over a decade and the last 3 years have beenpurely awful. This place? It's like a market showcase restaurant from decades ago. I don't really know what to say. Okay: Idon't do drive thrus. So I have no idea how the food is at a red light. I don't do door dash. So I don't know how it tastes 45minutes later. Super duper slow. I know they are supposedly making it fresh, but too slow. I didn't time it specifically, but there was only... one car in front of us and from stop to go, we were there 20 minutes or more. Whataburger... More like Whatawaste. I cannot fathom the hype this place gets. The audacity to even try to put this on the same... tier and compare it to In-N-Out is appalling. This place isnt even better than Burger King. I would quite enjoyed a whopper overthis. It was literally a basic burger with the flavor akin to what you could get a a carnival or Wienerschnitzel. Their shakesare huge, but flavors like the strawberry shake taste more like syrup and less real strawberry. Jack In The Box and Del Tacohave ACTUAL strawberry in their shakes, and taste far better. That was the best whataburger I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh, I got the chicken and gravy, and I actually had to... add my own water to the gravy (which is how I want it) because it was perfect consistency which is amazing, normally they addtoo much water. I could wobble the cup around and the gravy stayed in the bowl! 10/10 would dine again. Restored my faith inWhataburger! Read more
