Whataburger has the worst customer service. We ordered our food and had a free Whataburger reward. We scanned to redeem the... reward and Michael told us we couldn?t because we needed a code. So my husband ordered it online. We asked for mayo and we weretold that was extra. Which is not true because if you order on the app it is free. It took a while to receive our order. Itdidn?t come out right. When we asked them to fix it, they were hesitant to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Read more
I've been coming here fairly regularly for the better course of the last year. For the last month or so I've noticed that the... patty melts seem to be pre-made ahead of time and the staff brings it out to me about 1 minute after placing the order, usuallymildly warm food. In the past my order would always come back steamy fresh/hot but I'd have to wait a few more minutes (whichwas totally fine). Ive heard other customers with similar feedback (order is ready for them before they fill their drink andsit down), questioning the "freshness". It's still good food, just not exactly what I had grow to love about this place inregards to it being hot and fresh every time. Staff is friendly and bulding is clean. Read more
This Whataburger is one of the valley's gems. I've never had a cold burger, and it is always staffed appropriately - fast... service. If you know, you know - you've gotta know where the good Whataburgers are ???? Read more
I'm from Texas and have been eating whataburger since I was very young. And always loved how the buns were toasted, it's not... often that they still do this, well I brought my aunt for lunch and we both agreed that our burgers were definitely made how wegrew up eating them. This was my first time at Whataburger and it is the best fast food place I have ever been too! The place was immaculate. Bright... and super clean, unlike most fast food places that are dark and dingy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was morestaff than customers to give a great customer experience. We were welcomed in upon arrival, a rarity for fast food. Afterordering they brought our food right to the table, with extra napkins and choice of sauce. The burger was fresh, flavorful andjuicy. The fries were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The malt I got was soo good, and a big portion too.We were thanked for coming in before we were wished a good day just prior to leaving. Again a rarity in fast food. I will beback and I am hopeful that we will get a Whataburger in the Denver area soon. Read more
First visit to this Whataburger-Service was very friendly, food was ok. Ate inside, lobby was very clean and comfortable. I like... the big windows and the location. I get the Hatch Green Chili cheeseburger every time I go through the easy Drive Thru window option. The fries are always hot and... fresh. The wait time is great as the food is made to order. The unsweetened ice tea is a nice option if you don't drink thepopular sodas. So far I have had perfectly executed burger preparation. A good late night idea as they are open 24 hours a day.I do like their cheeseburger for the price. Read more
