I rarely leave a bad review. Look at the time and date of this review and fire the young lady who is not fit to take an order... over a microphone. Maybe she needs to talk to people who are in front of her. I waited 10+ minutes with ONE car in front of me.By the time I got to the microphone, I kept telling her I couldn?t hear her. Employees ALL stand outside during business hours sucking cigarettes regularly & just staring at customers in drive through... while no one gets helped. Store will just be locked & customers are ignored. This has happened multiple times at every time ofday over years. How many times does a person show up to an open restaurant they?ve placed an order at to the staff just standingaround, wasting time outside refusing to help customers? This goes way beyond just a bad staffing problem and clearly extends toa management/ownership issue at this point. This franchise is an embarrassment to Wendy?s at best. Good luck, if you can evenget the employees to acknowledge you - they?re too busy getting paid to smoke as a group outside the door next to the drive thruwindow with the whole restaurant locked. Always closed abnormally early every time I?ve gone there and I know they are lying when they say ?We are actually closed? in... response to my questions. Not only have they not updated their hours to reflect closing so early (they?ve been closed as earlyas 9pm), but from the tone of voice of the workers they are completely unapologetic about. Extremely disappointing service anddon?t feel sorry for misleading their customers. Read more
This was a good, clean busy fast food joint back in the day. Now there is still a line for drive through, but inside is dirty,... no people, rude cashiers. It's on our reservation, and it's close, so I go there...food is still good ???? Read more

This dine-in is almost always closed, I usually order through the Wendy's app and it has to be open as the app says so, but when... I arrive for the food the dine-in is closed and then u have to go to the drive-thru. Terrible service, always closed. They theiropen hours, but never open at those hours. Read more
This store has competency issues. I placed an order for delivery. They were undergoing maintenance but did not have the common... sense to turn off mobile bbn ordering or notify people of what is going on. Read more
