Cashier went from register to handling food without washing hands. 10/3 1:45 PM. Jr bacon cheeseburger made wrong twice, forgot... bacon last time. Floor was covered in soda, very sticky and nasty. Tables not cleaned off. Read more
By far the slowest fast food drive thru I've ever seen. They consistently take 5-6 minutes PER CAR in line to get you through. I... just spent 28 minutes in line for only 5 cars in front of me. Read more
Zero stars. I?ve gone to this location a few times and they had closed their lobby. I went in today and was in the store and... they closed the lobby. This is during lunch time. They are under staffed which is a lot of places these days but don?t evenopen the restaurant unless you can run it. The manager is walking around with a clipboard instead of helping out. I don?t knowall the details about what is happening at this restaurant but unless you have 2 hours to wait for you food in the drive thruthat wrapped around the block go somewhere else. Read more
I got the Regular Chicken Nuggets Medium Combo with a Coca Cola today, along with the past few days, and I haven't had a problem... once! Drive-Thru is super nice! While not entirely quick, I feel like being busy in rush hour and still having awesome CustomerService makes up for the lack. Not to mention, I only waited about three minutes before the speaker came on, in a full line. Inmy opinion, it works where it works! The nuggets have been hot and crispy, the fries the same, and when I ask for ketchupthere's plenty for my food! Honestly, compared to my other Wendy's Reviews, this is one of the best I've gone to! My 1st time by Wendy's?Took the drive thru.... Pros: Burger was warm, Fries was crispy and the tropical Lemonade was super.... Cons: It took forever to order!
