Amazing place, so far my favorite resort. It’s very clean very very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and the restaurant on... site is very very good and huge portions. The pool…..AMAZING… I love the walk in salt water pool, the pool side bar andgrill…A++?? The cabana’s are really nice as well. I absolutely recommend staying here! We held our annual company retreat at the Scottsdale Resort and McCormick Ranch and can't say enough good things about the... property and the staff. I have planned many corporate events and can say this is the best and most responsive hotel events teamI've ever worked with! Sandy managed our contract and set us up for success from the very beginning. Kate was our event manageron the hotel's side and was so thorough and quick with every single communication - she managed so many details with excellenceand was a key member in making our event a success! Jaime was our captain for breakfast and lunch and managed our many dietaryrestriction requests with care and efficiency (and kindness!) Marcela and Marcelino were in charge of the bar on the first nightof our event and our team team kept saying how great they were. Sophie at Kitchen West was super friendly as well! In additionto their amazing team, the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and great; the food was delicious, the property is very beautifuland green; we loved that there were so many outdoor areas for people to congregate and create community. I’d skip this one. The only great thing about this place is the valet service that went out of their way to help us as it was... pouring down rain during monsoon when we arrived. They continued to be the bright spot of the entire stay here. The staff isfine but not friendly. Every time we asked where something was on the property we got vague directions and couldn’t find it.We weren’t offered a bottle of water or anything that we typically get when we stay with Hilton. The rooms are super cleanbut old. There is a great vanity set up for getting ready but no outlets. I’m not sure if the rooms have A/C or swamp coolersbut the rooms were hot and muggy- again it’s monsoon season right now, but an A/C doesn’t typically cause that during thistime of year. When we reserved the room the price said $180 a night with taxes and resort fees but we were charged $211. Itjust overall is a tired and disappointing experience. We have stayed at many Hilton’s for much less money and had a betterexperience. I’d skip this one and book elsewhere in Scottsdale. Read more

The resort was really nice. My room was in a cell dead zone, there are several on the property. Bo, overnight desk and Brad,... valet were very helpful to me. Catering was FABULOUS and Lily's help was much appreciated. Only issue, my wake up call didn'thappen. I'll be happy to have more training sessions there. Read more
