This experience was far better than the other local I went to. I let the gentleman know that my prior experience was flat out... awful, even showed him pictures of my food from the previous time and that I came back (to a different location) with a freevoucher from Management to give them 1 more shot. He thanked me for giving them another try and told me to come back to thislocation any time. He promised this experience at his location will be much better..... and guess what, it was. Very friendly people. Did everything they could to make sure our orders where what we wanted. Burgers where good. We asked for... crispy fries and they made them just right a little extra crunch just as we like, not a bit burned. Very happy with ourexperience. Read more

First time in, customer service was great. I was greeted right away for a team member to take my order. I got the Santa Char... Burger #6. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The food took only 5 minutes to prepare. Great Job Staff! Read more

Great little burger place. Wasn't what I expected but it wasn't a let down either. I had the Santa Barbara Char and onion rings.... Both were really good. The onion rings were crisp and had great flavor. The burger came on Texas Toast bread and was flavorful.It was a little sloppy, but in my eyes, the sloppier the burger the better. I only gave 4 stars because it could've beencleaner, it wasn't at all disgusting but it could've been cleaner. Overall it's great. It's not a gourmet burger place, just afast food burger place, but I would definitely come back if I'm in town again. Read more

The price is a bit high for what you get. But the burger has a really good taste. This location also has a weird dynamic. Both... younger women were working the register and handing out food, while the two older women worked in the kitchen along with theman. Wondering if this dynamic pervades throughout each shift.
