Disappointed… after waiting so long to stop by for dinner. I ordered the Craftsman Salad, it was supposed to have radish, I... barely saw any. I couldn’t even taste it. The dressing was SO bland that I had to ask for another dressing to put on top ofthe current dressing. The server did bring out a a cumin dressing which was very strong. My husband had a burger and it wasbasic, nothing stood out . Our 11 yr old had the kids nuggets and they were salty. The pre dinner focaccia was flavorless andtasted like white bread. The butter that accompanied the focaccia was so cold, it tore the bread. Service: was 3 stars. Ourserver was preoccupied doing other things and we waited for requested items longer than usual, including taking our credit cardpayment. Return visit: Most likely we won’t return. Read more
First visit came in during Happy Hour, sat at the bar and Braden made it a good one! Got the Chili Pork Sliders (quite spicy and... generous portion)! Loved the Cole Slaw with blue cheese! The Pesto Flatbread was decent. Didn’t love the Portobello MushroomSticks! And the dessert was just plain awful! Even the ice cream (which I added for extra was awful)! It would be nice if theystepped up their game and offered desserts to match their food offerings! Otherwise good experience. I’d return to sit at thebar during Happy Hour! I can’t say enough to do The Craftsman justice. The food, drinks, and staff are all amazing. Do not sleep on those appetizers... - the lollipop chicken legs are to die for. And this spot may have the best old fashioned in town. North Scottsdale is verylucky to have this option. Even among the great alternatives, it’s a stand-out. Love this place! Slaw was my favorite, chunks of blue cheese. Braden had some great recommendations. Chicken lollipops, and... grilled cheese with Prosciutto and fig jam, sweet and savory. I WOULD RECOMMEND. Read more
