Had the brunch here and was not impressed. One of the cocktails, Peas and Thank You, seemed watered down and had very little... alcohol content while one of the mimosas my group had felt like there was too much alcohol. Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food was top notch. Our server... helped me pick the most delicious cocktail, and even guided us towards a dessert that was one of the best things I’ve eaten.It was quiet but not too quiet - ideal for our date night. Had a wonderful experience here. Our waiter Roha was that wonderful mix of friendly and experienced and professional. I got the... Ravioli with bone marrow and short ribs and it was delectable! My husband got the chicken which he also thought was excellent(but wishes there had been a few more potatoes on the plate given the price). If you are thinking about dessert, I can’tremember the exact name of it- but go for the Orange ???? you will not regret it. The flavors are masterfully mixed, thepresentations are beautiful and artistic. Oh and I have to mention the Drunk Wifey cocktail. One of our favorite Italian Steakhouses by Chef Scott Conant! Elevated ambiance, dishes, and cocktails are the perfect formula... for a great experience! We are always so thankful to have this restaurant close to our home and how it suits theneighborhood. We had guests coming in from San Diego, and this was the first place we wanted to take them to. The Americano hasalways been a special place since we first moved to Arizona and will always be our go-to date night. Our favorite part aboutThe Americano? It hits our three favorite food genres: PASTA, STEAKS, and SEAFOOD! Make a reservation via Opentable because theybook up quick and did I mention they have complimentary valet? The food and the service were terrific. As well as the layout and design of the inside of the restaurant. However, it is... overpriced. We ordered two sodas, one glass of wine, three salads, two pastas, and one steak for $274. That was not the largestsized steak or a top-tier wine either. As mentioned, our server was very polite and did a great job, but there was also a 55minute delay in between our appetizers and our entrées coming out. Our server did apologize but nothing wascomped. Personally, I started off with the Beet Salad, and it was great in flavor although pretty small in portion. For myentrée, I chose the Braised Short Rib and Bone Marrow Ravioli and it was actually really good. It was a healthy sized portionand had a wonderful flavor. Overall I would recommend and had a great time aside from the pricing issue and delay from thekitchen. It would be good for any occasion, although for a very large group I feel it would be overly expensive. Read more
