I have been to one Texas Roadhouse in Mesa. I have to say, this one in Scottsdale, AZ IS THE BEST. The place was packed, but ... the staff had everything under control, people were getting their drinks and food in a timely manner. Staff was friendly, andgreeted us with a smile. I can only share from my food experience, the salad was so crisp, and cool, that I could hear the knifesmoothy slice over each ot as it was being prepared. Sirloin steak dinner was just the right amount of food that I had a piecefor lunch the next day. My apologies I did not get the servers name, she was the best! There was 10 people in our party, shedone a damn good job of serving and inquiring to see if we needed anything else like, napkins, sodas, dessert,to go boxes. UPDATE: 7/22/22 - Still a good place to go eat. Service was "scripted" but still good. However, on this visit I have a couple of... gripes. 1) My buttered corn side was NOT buttered at all. Tasted like it came right out of a Libby's can and brought out to thetable. 2) The hot soft rolls weren't hot. At best, they were barely lukewarm. Not to mention, they were a little hard. C'monTexas Roadhouse, do better! I only went because I wanted my free appetizer before the offer expired. But, yeah, everything wasgood, service was good. No complaints. Read more

Really enjoy coming to this location with friends, and I've also dabbled with the take-out options as well. In all situations... I've had nothing but great experiences. The food is always incredible, and I've very rarely had a steak that was over orunder-cooked. The staff is also extremely kind and welcoming. The sides are plentiful. And the prices are pretty phenomenal too,especially when you consider how much money you could spend at a BK or McDs in comparison to getting an entire steakdinner. I've also ordered to-go a few times as well. I really appreciate the setup they have for picking up orders at theoutside window. The food is also well put together in these situations as well. The food was excellent for a place that I expected it to be not so good, Because it's kind of a chainish sports bar feel... steakhouse. ???? the steak was excellently cooked and very well seasoned however it was kind of a letdown that the 12 oz NewYork strip was barely warm and the Caesar side salad was heavily overdressed but not so much that it was an edible. however thecorn side was very hot ???? and perfectly seasoned. The music was a little too loud and it was way too much of a sports barWestern extreme theme but the service was amazing the food was quite good for what it was. ???? and if I have the chance I'llprobably come here again I'd say they get a solid 4.5 stars but it doesn't let me do that so we gave them a full five stars inreality though they deserve a solid 4.5 Read more
I did take out there the food was decent the rolls and butter are really good and the service was great I did sign in this time... on Sunday November 27th 1:30 p.m. the food and service was awesome my server was the best all the other servers employees arevery very nice it's very clean inside and the steak that I had with delicious it was nice seeing a place where you get a steakwhere you don't have to use steak sauce I would suggest if you're going to go to a place after church or any occasion come andcheck out Texas Roadhouse on via Linda in Scottsdale Arizona you'll be glad you did or if you want to press that specialsomebody in your life or if you're looking for a special somebody and you have people in mind and you want to impress them bringthem here there's plenty of parking and everybody here seems to be very very nice and the owner here is nice too and veryhelpful Read more
