This location routinely has problems with customer service and quality. They randomly change their store hours. They regularly... turn off the online ordering app so that you can't place an order. The bulk of the staff are uneducated on products andpromotions, and sometimes just flat out rude. Read more
Good location. Very clean inside, even restrooms. Staff weren?t super friendly but food was great. Directions were followed... exactly for food modifications! Easy to order yourself on touchscreen up front. Was surprised how clean and well stocked thesoda machine area was! Would come back again. Read more

The drive thru is generally quick, the food is consistent and I have always had a good experience with the employee... interactions, including special orders. They are friendly and service focused. Lots of parking for this location. Like others have mentioned, it was clean and the food was up quickly. The food was as good... as Taco Bell gets, which is pretty damn good. I'm a big fan of their Doritos tacos, but they have a pretty extensive menu thatoffers a wide array of items at low prices. While I ate inside, whomever was doing the drive thru orders sounded like DukeNukem, which I appreciated. Read more
Taco Bell is usually my favorite place BUT not today! Got the correct receipt and a completely wrong order. We drove 10 minutes... back to get correct order only to get home again with a wrong order! half the order was missing. Severely dissatisfied... Andover an hour of driving back and forth. ???????????
