I went there on a Sunday night, Yuck! The taco's I ordered had barely any meat in them, the nachos bell grande was just a splat... of beans a very lil cheese sauce, my friend ordered crunch wrap all lettuce, 5 layer burrito literally had sour cream and beansno meat in it..usually this location isn't that bad. But I will drive to bell road from now on.. The lady that took our orderwas nice. But definitely need to talk to food prep person. Read more
Whole reason for in store pick up is to skip the line buy instead you select it at this location and you have to wait in line... because the lobby is never open. Lunch breaks now get shorter. Thanks. ???? Read more
Ordered a #6(two beef chalupas) at the drive through. Once I got back to work(2 minute drive), I went to start eating my food... only to find out that the chalupas were old and hard. I used to work at a TB, they are supposed to keep fresh chalupas inrotation because they go bad decently quick after sitting in the warmer for a bit. Please talk with your cooks at this locationand make sure they are keeping up with fresh chalupas, and that the baggers/wrappers are keeping the line cook in check forfresh product. I would've never let these been sold to a customer, I would've called for fresh ones if I was still working at aTB. I had to pick apart most of the chalupas (they crumbled from how hard they were) so my lunch was ruined. If someone couldreach out for a refund(or a free meal next time), that would be amazing. Always fresh food and quick preparation. Staff pretty nice. Last visit had an error in my order and drive though employee Kara,... immediately fixed the error and completed my order. Will be back fairly regularly. Thanks! Read more
Not sure what it is about this location, but the cashiers are always in a great mood. Food is Taco Bell quality, but the staff... make this spot what it is. Sure, there's a little guilt sitting in the drive thru staring at the salad place you could have goneto, but I would say that the level of stoke you get at the window is worth the extra calories. Closed everyday at 5pm?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!? If you?re having labor problems just pay your workers more!! You always have... lines around the buildings yet you can?t hire anyone? I know you?re hiring at $15 an hour, but this is one of those mostexpensive neighborhoods in the country? no one around here is going to work for 30k a year when 1 bedroom apartments cost 2k amonth here, and they?re not going to drive in from a cheaper neighborhood when gas cost $5 a gallon! You would have to work 6-7hours at this job to be able to buy one tank of gas!! Jeez I?ve never seen this insane kind of mis-management. I have a degreein hospitality management, and i can only imagine how terrible it must be for middle management here, trying to inspire a teamwhile experiencing gross negligence from ownership. The franchise owners should be utterly ashamed. Your franchise agreementshould be ripped up. You really put shame to the Taco Bell brand. ???? Read more
This place is hustling tacos without any problems, perfectly (Eating at location, imo, does not sit to well) tasty, can cheese... and meat rolled and served. Frozen fries cooked to the correct time and temp, clean fryers apparently evident. Enjoyable staff,tip o the day try this place i say! ???? Read more
