This place sucks. Just like other reviews say, lobby never open, Rude management. Gross food. I walked away and went to... Whataburger and had one of the finest fast food dining experiences of my life. I?ll never try this Taco Bell again unless I seethem flying a massive ?Under new ownership.? I looked at my receipt after unwrapping our two burritos to find the one without rice. It's clear on the receipt; two classic... double beef burritos one w/o rice. Both had rice and one was stuffed with jalapenos when we emphasized wanting just the classicnot hot cheese burritos. All I ask is for you to be aware people have food allergies. It's not racist so you don't have toplay games with people's food. So disappointed with this location. What's happening? Read more

I used to come here a lot for lunch whenever I had a job in the area. Though recently I have not been able to. By that I mean... that they aren't open. I see people walk up to the lobby and it's closed. I understand being short staff means just opening upthe drive thru but they tell you they're closed too. It's an hour after opening and they still aren't open. I'd call it quitshonestly. But I suppose there's a silver lining in all this. I decided to try Whataburger and it was fantastic. Read more

I used to come here a couple times a week and it was good, but it has completely deteriorated. The lobby is never open, the food... is served completely stale, the prices keep increasing, and the employees are slow and mess up your order every other time.There are plenty of other restaurants nearby to go to instead. Used to frequent here, but it's gone down hill fast in the past two years. Closes early, food is stale, lobby never open. Don't... bother and go to Whataburger or Portillo's instead. Read more

My 11 year old loves this place. I don't though. Drive thru is better than going inside. I had a disagreement with the female... manager. She was horrible . i ordered from online and they completely messed the entire order up. And I asked to fix it but shewanted to charge me again for a new order. Customer service is good with the drive thru. Be warned about their taco shells they use for the taco salad. I?ve been there... twice in about two weeks and the shells smell and taste stale. Check your order before you leave. It?s a waste of money. Read more

I'm not too proud to say "I love Taco Bell", but this dining experience made me rethink the depth of that love. ;) I ordered... the new Chicken Enchilada Burrito and a Spicy Tostada from the Value Menu, both of which I've enjoyed at other locations. Forstarters, it took 9 minutes to receive my meal from the time I ordered. 9 minutes! I've received food faster at nice restaurantsbefore. I watched what appeared to be kitchen workers moving in slow motion filling several drive-thru orders ahead of theorders of patrons ahead of me. I've truly never seen employees move that slow ????. After finally receiving my food, I wasdisappointed to see my tostada only half covered with about a tablespoon of beans and the rest sauce and veggies. Had they notbeen so busy, I would have returned it. I had to eat more than half the burrito before I got any filling whatsoever, which wasdelicious, but the filling of any burrito should be spread evenly before rolling it. Consequently, most of the filling squishedout the end. Even though this was what I call a cheap meal at $2+ tax, I expect the same quality and consistency which I receiveelsewhere...this particular Taco Bell fell short. #TurtleSpeed #WheresTheBeans.
