Pulled up in the ambulance hoping to grab food bit only the drive thru was open. Ambulance doesn't fit in drive thru so I... knocked on the door and the guy wouldn't even come and take my order. He just signaled saying lobby closed. The fact that hewouldn't even come to the door is rude and they weren't even busy. There was one car in drive thru. New Review/September 2022: Every subsequent experience is much better than next but hardly ever when the unforgettable Yvonne is... at the helm! Yet, my most recent dining experience of which I am delighted to comment on is that of "CARLA" who made it allworthwhile! Girl you da bomb and thanks for going out the way to greet and assist! Summing it all up: Service with a smile,fast food (no pun intended) served promptly, delicious and hot! This Taco Bell is a staple for my colleagues and I of which Ihighly recommend! This place used to be good, but we went back once to see someone put their car in the drive through 30 min before closing so... nobody could order. Currently trying to order through door dash and its taking 3 dashers so far to get the order. Read more
Ive given this taco bell good reviews before but its crazy that they close at 7pm. On top of that i pulled in drive through 6:57... to be told they are closed. It was a line of people that they lost. First attempt to order thru drive thru and got 2 out of 9 items right. My husband went back and the manager called his drive... thru employee an "idiot" and took my huabands hand writen list to prepare the order himself. He assured my husband that it wasright, afterall he went of the written list. He was even nice enought to throw in an orser of fries.when my husband returnedhome and we finally sat down again to eat....this time 3 items were the correct items, but prepared wrong. Sauce on quesadilla,tomatoes on chalupa, and no nacho sauce on a chalupa. We shoulda kept the 3 items that were right on the first order with our2nd attempt, we could have had 3/4 of what we ordered correct. I asked for spicy tostada half was good the other half the beens where bad probably rancid, spoke with a lady manager 1-30-18 at... 1:30p make her aware of the issue and she did not offer to make up a $1 item! Carla was awesome! So was the cook, didn't catch his name unfortunately. Went for breakfast, asked for the burrito with the hash... brown inside. Unfortunately that item is no longer on the menu as it was replaced by the new breakfast quesadilla. So I orderedthe quesadilla. When I got to the window Carla and the cook notified me that they could still make the old burrito even thoughit's not on the menu anymore. I thought that was awesome and said I'll remember that for next time. He ended up making me theburrito and they already made the quesadilla, so they gave me the burrito for free. They were very friendly and everything wasdelicious. The line should be much longer because it's the best fast food breakfast, so not sure why more people aren't goinghere. The line for that coffee place across the street is so long and their drinks/food is overrated, overpriced, and comes outwrong. Go to Taco Bell! Read more
