I placed an order on the app for a footlong, after paying for it I realized that it was at the incorrect location. I immediately... called to cancel the order and Nick the manager stated that he could not as the sub was ready. However the app stated the suborder was still being processed to the restaurant, I was at another subway and they stated it something that the general managercan do if he chooses. I then ask nick for his store number which he refused to give to me instead he tells me to look at thereceipt?? When a customer ask you a simple question as to a store number and the general manager can't provide that or refusesto provide that, just shows how unprofessional Nick us and how unfit as a manager he is, Nick certainly making subway look bad.I am waiting for a call back from the District manager Kabi, Nick said he would have Kabi reach.
