My favorite Subway its always clean the food is always fresh good customer service and Shanice is great!
Update*** we came back here because they stopped enforcing the mask mandate, my 4 month old daughter needed her diaper changed... so I asked if they had a restroom with a changing table, to which I was told "No, I'm trying to get rid of the bathroomsaltogether" ... Ok? Sorry my child has needs and I'm a mom simply trying to care for her. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't comehere if you don't wanna get kicked out for not wearing a mask. We tried subway down the street, with the same conclusion. If youor a loved one are scared of getting sick, you can stay home. Simple as that. Businesses that operate by forcing people to wearsomething have lost our business indefinitely. Read more
They are friendly and they are nice. There sandwich is always good.
I walked in and two white customers had just completed their order and weren?t wearing a mask. Strangely as I stood about 6... feet away from a woman holding her sandwich, soda and chips(not wearing a mask) I was asked to put on a mask before I wasserved. This place don?t deserve star. I was hungry yesterday I?m thinking to eat subway and one of the guy with make up on was so rude... and unprofessional becoz I?m not wearing mask. So have to get my mask otherwise he won?t let me to take the food i want. Thispeople need to learn how to treat customer and apply GMRC good manners and right conduct. Read more
Came in for takeout I ordered for the first time online. The food was ready when I arrived. Less that 10 minutes after I... ordered! It cost $22 (for 3 people) versus the $32 that I was expecting! Usually I come in and pay like normal; always thecustomer service here is top notch. I feel like we?re old friends. Love this subway. Best in Scottsdale! Read more
This subway is always consistently good! My complaint is with corporate...no more roast beef?!?! Just ordered Subway for the... last time until it's back. There is Jersey Mike's, Jimmie John's and Blimpies within 2 miles of my house, so not like I can'tget a sub somewhere else.
