5/1. The employee working was noticably annoyed that we needed to order 6 sandwiches. She made them well and was efficient, but... overcharged us incorrectly. I asked for a refund of the overcharge and was told she didn't know how as she walked away. I nowunderstand the reason for the poor reviews. Read more

The young kid that works here got angry and exploded when i requested for him to wash his hands after he came in bringing trash... cans. He also tried to kick me out of the store since he was upset. He is not the manager and has no authority. He lacksrespect, manners and , simple hygiene. He should also see someone for his anger management. I went in to this Subway on Friday 9/3 to pick up lunch for my 7 year old daughter. I purchased a meatball sub as it is her... favorite, paid, and dropped it of to her school. When she opened the sandwich there were NO meatballs on the sub. The employeenever put any meatballs on the sandwich it was just wrapped up bread. My daughter had no lunch. Do not use this Subway, as theyare so inconsiderate and clearly do not care about for their customers. Read more

The visit went over just fine, I just can't help thinking that ???? Subway just has lost it's???? pizazz?? Though, they have THE... BEST ???? tuna (no celery, a rarity now a days), but, everything else ????. Nothing to do w/this or any particular location,it's the over all tastes, be it the????bread, even the???? cheeses, etc,...tasteless. Read more

I ordered my food online and when I arrived, there was no indication in the restaurant where to go to pick up online orders. I... had to wait in the line other patrons were waiting who were ordering from the counter. Exactly what I was trying to avoid byordering online. Once it was my turn, I told the employee my order and name and at first they couldn?t find my food. My food wassitting on top of the toaster oven. Suggestions: at the end of the counter where the cash register is make that a designatedpick up spot for online orders. Place pick up food on counter so when you walk in you find your order and grab it. Simple. Everyother food service place does it like this. Read more

They don't tell you the credit card reader is not working until after you order then say well if you don't have cash go to the... bank across the parking lot. This morning I waited for my sandwich to be mabe, was about to pay, then the worker with spikeyhair took a customer that came in after me to cash them out. What the!!! I just waited for you to make 6 sandwiches for onecustomer then you take a customer from behind me. I just walked out and didn't take my sandwich or pay for it. Read more

The expertise, efficiency, and employee/customer interaction is perfect. I've been to other subways and it was an ok... experience. To have this type of work ethic is a boon to this location. Other stores should use this one as the standard incustomer and food service. Read more

I am a regular at this subway and have to say that one of the employees, Misty is the reason I go out of my way to this store. ... Her customer service is top notch and she greets every customer with a smile. She has a great sense of humor and goes out ofher way to make children feel special when ordering. She builds sandwiches with speed and accuracy plus I have to say her substaste better than any I've ever had. Read more
