We stopped in today for 2 Matcha green tea latte?s. The staff made both very weak to the point the liquid was barely green. I... don?t ever stop at this location so clearly the staff don?t know or care to use the correct mixture. One drink was a grande andone was a venti. Went here for my birthday and tried to redeem my birthday drink. The lady in the drive thru was so mean and wouldn't help us.... Then she handed us our drinks and didn't even say anything. Very poor customer service. Read more
Usually this location is pretty good but my order/drink was wrong and I asked to have it remade. They were very nice about it... but the employee making the drinks made comments like ?what?s wrong with this?? rolling their eyes.. pretty sure they gave meback the exact same drink?. Did not remake it or fix it and sorry $7 for a coffee I expect more than that. Been going to thisoverpriced place for too many years. Read more

Just the most delightful slice of heaven in Oldtown. The entire staff needs a pay raise, they?re the most positive and nice crew... of any store around. My drinks are always perfect- highly recommend the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso? but if you?regoing to Starby?s, you probably have a fave. Give the paradise refreshers a go as well!
