Great, overpriced coffee! Drive thru line moves slower than going inside but the coffee and staff are amazing. As I sat in... line,I pondered a great many things. One being, it seems significantly more efficient to park and simply walk in to most anyplaces that have drive thru windows. Seems counter intuitive, but parking, turning off your vehicle and visiting the shop ischeaper(every so slightly) and a more efficient use of time, rather than going thru the drive thru. Read more
Drive through is ok. There are almost never long lines. So I?ve been here twice and my drinks both times have been about 2/3... full. I don?t know why I?m paying grande prices when I should be paying tall prices. Read more

Loved the ambiance of this location. Great location to get work done and not feel as though everyone is in your business. Met up... with a girlfriend to focus on our goals and plan a party. Order 2 drinks.. 1 being a vanilla ice latte... I get a coffee with vanilla .. I tell the girl she says that's is one... It... wasn't ... I tell her don't want it . She wants to just add half and half to it .. ummm ???? she wasn't even going to refund it.. I ask for manger she says I am the manger and walks away. I said can I have my money back ... My girlfriend and I stopped by this store as a break from work. We ended up making multiple orders during our stay and frankly... we were very happy with the positive and professional environment created by the team working this evening! Nicole, Ryan, andAlexis helped us out during our orders and every one of them was happy to help us out and made our orders expediently and fullof holiday cheer! I have been to different stores valley-wide and this one specifically stood out with the amazing customerservice experience I had! Give these workers a raise! Would love to stop by this store again! Unfortunately, this is my local Starbucks and I have found myself here number of times and while sometimes I don?t have any... issues most the time I do. I drink it often. Very strange. It doesn?t resemble the drink I ordered. Weights can be very longsometimes and absolutely nobody in the store is friendly, they are all too busy to give you the time of day and if you stop themfrom what they?re doing to ask them a question they act very frustrated that you?re bothering them. My experience today hasforced me never to return to this location. I ordered my drink via the mobile app for pick up to try and avoid the long lines asI?m already running late this morning and I stood and waited for 25 minutes before getting in line because I couldn?t flag downanyone making drinks for two seconds to ask about mine. Turns out mine was the one that was sitting on the counter for the last15 minutes while the shots died in a cup. I told the woman I hope that?s not my drink. That?s been sitting back there on thecounter in front of the woman making drinks for 15 minutes and she still gave it to me. I?m not late for work and I have tothrow away my eight dollar drink that I waited 25 minutes to get because it taste disgusting never will I return to thislocation. It was pretty great back in 2009 and I haven?t had much issue until about the last two or three months.
