I love starbucks me and my girlfriend are above average customer's, we are even gold members. The reason for the review is that... Safeway starbucks are horrible! This one mostly, but all of them together. They do not let you load money onto your starbucksapp, also do not honor any of the promotions being a gold member offers(including free drink rewards). All the orders I havemade at any Safeway have been below standard. The last order I made at this Safeway location was easy in comparison to my pastexperiences. I only ordered a venti iced coffee. I had to take ice out of my cup due to the mass amount of ice, so much Icouldn't even get my straw in the cup. Once I was able to drink it there was maybe 4 and a half sips of coffee! Starbucks corpneeds to step in and get control of how Safeway is representing there brand or consider pulling there locations out ofSafeway's. Read more
