Okay, I?m just about done with these people. I gave them so many chances because I get it they get busy and I?ve been nice but... today, naaaaah. If I order a hot drink on the mobile app, in this Starbucks it?s about 3/5 chance that they?ll make it coldcoffee. So I was dealing with that since the beginning of this year. Fine, whatever, maybe destiny needs me to drink cold coffeethat day. Then I order a coffee to go about 45 min before they close, then I go pick it up 10 min before they close, and I findthat the door is locked but I see my drink, I knocked and the lady let me in and I took my coffee. Today was no different, but Icame 3 min before it?s closed. Now I get it it?s right before they close but it?s already made, literally just gotta pick it up.I knocked but 3 ladies in there didn?t ?hear? me. Pffft then the most pity thing I witnessed this year, one of the workersglanced at me with the side of her eye and acting like i didn?t see her. Lol whatever, you are just pity people. This reviewwon?t do anything but I hope this review finds the 3 ladies who worked there. One day you will run into a same situation and Ihope you remember this. My venti PSL was filled 3/4 of the way! How hard is it to fill a cup properly?
The coffee, orange juice, egg whites, and grilled cheese were excellent. Dupree the barista at the window was incredibly rude. I... think she?s having a bad day but in any event she needs to learn some customer service in customer training. Read more
This location is 1000x cleaner, faster, nicer than the Frank Lloyd Wright location nearby. The baristas at this location are... super sweet and always friendly. Drive Thru is faster as well! This is my favorite Scottsdale Starbucks. Read more

My wife and I drive 4 miles to come to this Starbucks even though there is one less than a mile from our house because it has... plenty of seating and isn't overrun by homeless individuals. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good. The one thing Iam disappointed in is that they keep their restrooms locked, although I understand the need. OK, I lied. That's not the onething. I also don't like that they don't keep out the sweetners, straws, etc. Again I understand the reasoning behind this asmany people see that as their private grocery store for free items, but I think it is a penny wise and pound foolishpolicy.
