Shift leader is incompetent. Target Store and Starbucks is ran terribly. I'm pretty sure the manager for Starbucks is racist... because she wasted my time and didn't take me seriously. even though she is the manager of a Starbucks her job is service andshe's terrible at it. Im glad I don't work for her or this target cause I would be an idiot to work under an incompetent shiftleader. I shop at this Target all the time so they will be seeing me plenty more. Manager Kevin didn't even have the decency toapologize for how rude and unprofessional his employees are. Regardless if he is the manager of Starbucks or target. I receivedthe least amount of customer service from this establishment and I really was excited to try and work with target as a studentwho needs a schedule that fits with my school schedule. I'm available 6 days a week for flexible work and I didn't even get aconsideration or call back for the job and I live in the neighborhood literally on the same street the target is on only awalking distance away and I have my own car!! RACIST cause I don't see any black people working on the floor I saw a few blackpeople who work in the back. But mostly white employees or light skinned employees. Store manager Kevin and shift leader forStarbucks are unprofessional and don't care about how they represent Target. BTW there is no "outdoor seating" at this locationseeing that it's inside a Target. Read more
Love there ice coffee.
This is a fantastic Starbucks! They have some of the best and most friendly workers! Actually, they are one of the highest rated... locations in the country. They do a great job getting your order out quickly and efficiently. Even though because of theirlocation so close to the freeway, they often get swamped with many customers at once. And if you wait more than five minutes(honestly not that long, people!) They will apologize for the wait and sometimes even give you your drink for free. I don'tthink I should have to say this, but... these are actual people working here, not machines. I know because of immediategratification, everyone wants their stuff instantaneously. But please be patient if it seems to be taking longer than fiveseconds to get your order ready, and don't be rude to the workers. They are real people, and getting your coffee a few secondsslower than you would like won't ruin your day, but being rude can ruin theirs. This doesn't go for just this Starbucks, either.Seriously, these people don't get paid enough for some of the crap some of their less considerate customers put them through.And if you want your coffee instantly, then make yourself some instant coffee. ;-) Read more
