I went in today around 9:45 this morning and the girl at the register was unbelievably sweet! However I was concerned about the... grown man throwing a fit behind the counter. The establishment is great but one complaint I need to get out there is the window girl Aqua always gives me trouble. The girl... that takes my order is amazing, whoever makes it is amazing, Aqua however is always giving me attitude for no reason. Makingfaces, acting like I?m inconveniencing her by being a customer. I thought maybe it?s a bad day or something so I?ve given herthe benefit of the doubt but it?s happened 7/7 of the times she?s at the window. They were out of the ribbon crunch so together we came up with vanilla bean frap w funnel cake pieces. These baristas were... amazing because when I pulled away and realized I made a huge mistake I reluctantly came back thru ready to buy another drinkwhich they told me they would fix and made no issue of it whatsoever. That really made my morning and I just want to thank eachand every one of them for their kindness and their patience. I only used the drive thru here, but the outside looked clean and the scent of coffee made it inviting. The ordering was very... easy. The employee was very nice and could easily be heard over the speaker. The order was made correctly and the whole processmove along smoothly. Read more
