I drink black drip coffee. At this location my order gets put in Q with the rest. So, I wait while they run blenders, and shake... up others fancy drinks. My coffee takes 10 seconds to pour. But, I wait several minutes. I'm done with Starbucks, the coffee isjust average anyway. Read more
Walked in and was greeted by a group of laughing employees and then they said to us, ?how did you get in here, the lobby is... closed. You?ll have to use the drive thru.? No thanks, I?ll now be going to Coffee bean and tea leaf where I can sit in thelobby and the coffee is as good if not better. Their tea is definitely better. Horrible customer service. STOP forcing people to wear a mask, there?s no mandate, get over urself. A mask should be a personal... choice. Keep in mind the only reason YOU have a job is because people come and order. Shame on you! everyone wants to return bkto normal, masks are NOT normal! Will never return here. Read more
