This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible, the employees were on their phones and they... were completely uninterested in their job. I ordered a Frappuccino, but the employee was too tired to make it. So I ordered adifferent one and they ended up giving me a latte. When I sent back that latte, I got a Frappuccino but it literally looked likea slushy. Read more
This is probably my third or fourth time there. I always get a Latte and every time it is half full, just full of foam. I never... have that issue anywhere else so I think they just don't know how to do it right. I wont be back this time, such a rip off! Read more

As a Arizona native.. generations go back to the 1920s in Phoenix I am a local guide... besides that coffee?s great.. parking... lot was designed by a 25-year-old probably that?s never worked in the field Because the parking spaces are small and the wholeparking layout is wrong and besides that .. doing 3 U-turns just to get back on the 101 going south.. It's a Starbucks. The reason I am giving 3 stars is how they place out their items when finished with an order, they simply... just drop it off amd say a name and then turn back to the next order. They combine in store orders with mobile orders and getsdifficult to determine who's is whos. Read more
