Worst starbucks by far, pretty sure the people working there were racist also. Ordered via mobile app 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches.... When I arrived the girl (Nicole was her name) said she was making my drinks and would let me know when ready. I stepped aside,10 minutes later I still didn't hear from her. I went up to the pickup area and she ignored me so another guy helped me.Explained to him it was rude that she didn't bother calling my name knowing I was waiting for my order. He then proceeded togive me the sandwiches and gave me one upside so the sandwich fell and was inedible. Told me that was the last one also so saidI could switch for something. I said nope I want a refund. While getting the refund he has 2 other folks stand next to him andtalked to them about me while I was standing in front of them. Super unprofessional. I asked for their names and apparently perstarbucks policy they aren't allowed to provide them. So do they not wear name tags? I got Nicole's name because the guy keptcalling her. Read more
Came through drive through to get the egg bites and a chai tea. We had our dog with us and always get her a pup cup. The guy on... the speaker was really nice we got to the window and the lady at the window with the septum piercing was incredibly rude. Shegave us the total closed the window before we could ask her a question. She came back and we said we didn't get the pup cupnicely and she refused us the pup cup and closed the window so we drove away. They were open late, the location was good, and their customer service was good but my drink was completely filled with ice...I... got like 2 sips and it was gone. Read more
I go to Starbucks a lot and this one is always slow. Never been a time when I wasn?t stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I... can handle 15 minutes but it was 35 minutes a few days ago. No apology or free drink at the window. In fact the gentleman gaveme attitude. Not cool Read more

Some people don't like businesses taking a stand in regards to social issues. I personally don't care if a company takes a... position or not on hot button issues. A business has a right to choose too. I love Starbucks for taking a stand. It's one ofmany reasons I support the company by using my money at its stores. Read more
Very clean inside. Nice working environment. Good WiFi as always in Starbucks. But the staff didn?t acknowledge me for just a... bit too long. Stood at the counter for just a few minutes too many before being recognized. For that reason, they?ve lost acouple stars. Sorry guys. But overall an incredibly clean environment and a great place to have a brief get together, or smallbusiness meeting. Definitely recommend for those reasons. Beautifully built Starbucks I might add. This Starbucks is using grande cups for ventis and tall cups for grandes. You still have to pay the same price for less coffee.
