An older lady, I think her name was Marcy, was very rude and condescending to me in the drive thru. This wouldn?t be a super big... deal to me if this location didn?t consistently mess up my drink orders. Train your employees on customer service and how tomake drinks correctly. Read more
We went through the drive thru. They made our Frappuccino just perfect. The area was really nice and clean.
I go to quite a few Starbucks and I really like this one. There's a very large wraparound patio to enjoy desert views or for... more privacy. The staff does a great job(shout out to Julian) considering it's very busy, especially the drive-thru. There'salso a nice shopping center across the street with great restaurants I ate at. Highly recommended, top 10% S Bucks. Note: Iread over some of the reviews and my experience was the opposite: Staff always gets my orders right, is fast and exceptionallycourteous. I think the low rating is due to the neighborhood(North Snobsdale) being extremely high midwestern trust fund,boomer/brat "Karen"(old 4s that still think they're 9-10s) density-almost all the cars are MBs, BMWs, Landrovers and most of thecustomers don't act like they work for a living. You know the type. This is honestly a 4-5 star S Bucks anywhere else. Read more
